Stella Ajabji is a socio-economic researcher, community based development practitioner and a social entrepreneur with experience in gender issues, poverty alleviation. She has the insight, vision, and enthusiasm necessary to inspire teams and garner impressive in result oriented development. With a history in microfinance and enterprise development in resources limited communities for over 5years. She has significant expertise in appreciative inquiry, positive deviance, strategic planning, financial management/budgeting personnel management, donor fundraising, business planning, and value chain approach in development working both for national and international non-profits.
